    many thanks Sam

  2. Hi all would anyone be interested in buying some of the narrow bands for their fleas?

I need to get a rough idea on who wants some so I can have a number in mind of how many to order? Price will be about £15 as these are being made specially.

Drop a comment below of how many and if your interested please.

(if you have commented on the same post on Facebook please don’t comment on on this one as  it will get confusing please😂)

Nice job Sam! FYI, these leather straps have also been used on the late-war WD/CO (probably the bikes that were produced parallel to the WD/RE production)...

Thank you, I believe they were slightly longer but I do already have a template strap for the late WD/CO 🙂If anyone wanted a set.

Very nice Steve, I'd only matt chrome the clock blanking plate, all originals I had were like that.

Is the Mansfield lable original on your saddle cover? could you take some pictures of that please, we're trying to get some made.

    Cheers,

    Lex

I have an original brass Mansfield badge from my original flea saddle if that helps?. I’ll send measurements and a scan to you later 🙂

This is a well known photograph, and I have to admit that I hadn't noticed the Flea yet! 😊 I knew that I had a slightly better resolution version on my computer, but then I noticed that this one was cropped, and the Flea is hardly visible... 😟

    Matchless_02_Small.jpg

Oh right, I think lex has a good quality photo that has all of it in 😀
