I have tried Welbike and they have everything but the bridge and arm, he is still looking for one for me I hope as for Villiers Service. they sent me an email that they have every part on the shelf for the VJD, so I sent a list but have never had a reply or price quote, I then asked if the part numbers would help and have had no reply to that either. Perhaps I will set the alarm and try a phone call after waiting a bit more. I have also emailed every Villiers or Welbike parts person I could find online, to the point that they told me that they already had requests from others for the same parts on my behalf. after many years in automotive restoration, I have never had such a hard time trying to throw money at someone. I am afraid I might have to make the missing parts myself to be able to make my June 1st deadline for Normandy but I still have hope.

Hello I am after a few missing bits for my Welbike restoration most importantly the clutch bridge and arm. perhaps you have a spare autocycle or mower with a Villiers Jr lump in it in your garden shed. I have not had much luck with the parts sources on the internet yet, and I am in the States so we don't have many Villiers motors knocking around. Would love to have it back together for my Normandy trip in June, cheers, John

Hello everyone , I'm John from California, I have a WWII Columbia bicycle, a Styer Waffenrad bicycle, BSA airborne bicycle and a just found Welbike that I am after parts for. I would love to find a British dispatch motorcycle and someday a Jeep. I am a US army Veteran 88-96, retired reenactor, military collector, dealer and historian and miniature wargamer. In the civilian world I worked in automotive and Vespa restoration, and now sell antiques. I travel to France when I can and visit battlefields and hunt for militaria and relics, and hope to buy a small house in Normandy to retire to, I will be back there in June, and hope to bring my Welbike along.
