  1. The colour side scan picture is fantastic, great what they can pick up these days, just trying to get page translated as it appears as though it could be a good read

  6. About 06:15 this morning I saw what I think was a Land Rover 101 Y registration heading south onto the Forth Bridge, does any one know anything about this one and is it based locally, unfortunately due to traffic and the road works couldn't get a good look.
  7. I went to get a dry powder fire extinguisher serviced following a discharge, the company advised that the dry powder are being phased out, has any one else heard this?

  11. Guys I have checked alignment of the fan belts and can find that they are in alignment, the fan belt is fraom a reputable manufacturer. Any ideas why the belt will shred before 1,000 miles? Thanks in advance for a mechanical idiot
  12. Interesting, I know of an old castle which is supposedly built on reeds bound together, also heard that some of the Victorian railways were built on the same method

  14. Not sure but the axle is there any thing on it or does it run straight through? My first thought is it looks like a fly wheel

I have Private Pilots Licences and had to learn about engines, also used to make Airfix model planes one of which was a wellington, I have seen and been in Barnes Wallis original office who originally designed the beast. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vickers_Wellington Sorry I can not give more help hopefully some one else can.   16. Looking at the size I don't think the diameter is large enough, maybe a fighter? Not sure but it looks as though you could alter the pitch of the blade as well

  21. Can you let us know what both products look like when you get them along with some pictures so we can get an idea in case we need to go down same route
  22. Have you tried a search on the film prop companies same ones that can rent out kit, they may have a source or some to sell
