this is the number of the person running it mate , the closing date for entries is 28 th feb,Pete Waring is one of the organisers so it should be ok , his rallies years ago use to be ok .We booked in for the lytham hall rally in august .it was the first one last year (Was very good, this is not wareings do tho) Regards Mark.
