Dear All As a result of a financial setback my Defender 90 is now on e-Bay as https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/182919490301 If the successful buyer mentions finding it via HMVF I will of course make a contribution to the forum running costs! Happy Bidding Iain

Living in the West Country I often see many Royal marine vehicles of all types. Some have a blue/red square with a white number on. As can be seen on this pic of a defender above the number plate Does it represent a troop, a section ,an area etc etc I have seen many different numbers 6, 9, 14 ,1 etc Is there a definitive specific allocation or what do they represent I have wondered for years Thanks in advance for any response

Hi to All HMVF Members & Seasons Greetings I am Al from Staffordshire, I have owned a Landrover defender 90 for several years and have enjoyed off roading and greenlaning. Last year my partner and i fancied a change so we purchased a Wolf 90 and this year we are looking forward to going to military shows and events. Happy and prosperous New Year to All Would you have any idea what is the purpose of the small black pipe coming from the turbo to the top of the timing belt cover on a 300TDI wolf. Many thanks Al
