Phone connection into a ICHB box

G'day all

 

 

 

I'm trying to figure out how to create a cable so that I can plug my phone into the ICBH Box I got from you.

I'm guessing that a 4-way 3.5mm jack, and I know it'll need to go into the PRC socket. But that's about as far as I have got.

Any ideas?
