Mark Pearson
I have an extremely rare Mk1 Vokes Air Cleaner for British Carriers. Can anyone advise me on what it is worth ? Going on eBay soon plus loads of other British Carrier parts.
GeePig
What signifies it as a carrier air cleaner? Is it just the brackets or the size of the unit as well? Oh, and by the way, I think it is way overdue for a spot of 'compressing and expanding until all the dust ceases to be ejected' :-D trevor

Im no expert ! :-D It came with a load of other British Carrier parts. Apparently it fits lots of British WWII Vehicles ? A similar one fitted to the early war Bedfords, but they had an elbow in place of the straight outlet on the Carrier filter. I have come across quite a few Carrier ones in Australia. Louis
The Bedfords MW aeroscreens didnt have the instruction on the filter...it was mounted on the fireboard on the drivers side...and as mentioned it should have an elbow fitted. Mark Pearson
This particular Air Filter has come out of a British Carrier and has the fitment for it, still remainders of the green paint.
