3HW clutch oil

Hello Everyone, help please!

I am in the process of putting the clutch back together and refurbing the primary chain case so that it will hold some oil! There was none in it when I dismantled it, not surprising though since there was no gasket, no breather pipe and no drain plug!

But what oil do I put in there? The handbook says SAE 10, is there a modern equivalent? The other suggestion that the handbook has is to dilute engine oil with paraffin to stop the clutch plates slipping!! I am also slightly concerned about modern oils reacting with the cork plates which are in surprisingly good condition.

I did find something called Castrol TQF on the net, is that any good?
