Ian L
Scott bought a really rough Militant just for the Altas crane so that he could lift the Matador cab on & off but not content with it as a static 'tool' he has started to restore it to a road worthy state. Ian L
Front wheels arch's have been well nibbled by the maggots & few shots from under the cab.
scotbb
Front wheels arch's have been well nibbled by the maggots & few shots from under the cab. Thanks for posting the pics Ian, your Tilly is looking great, they remind me I have got a few things done! The militant project has slowed my progress on the Matador, but it lives outside and the crane is a bonus for all the heavy parts plus couldnt resist another Aec.Hope to get more painted before winter and start sorting electrics etc.Scott. Zero-Five-Two
Militant deserves it's own thread really, so thick people like me can keep up with the developments. She's looking very tidy with the new paint.
Negative
Thanks for putting up all this AEC goodness. The Matador is my favourite, but there is some sterling work on that Militant too.
