Could any one help me identify this helmet? Its different to the Brodie type I have seen before? Has fixing in the very top of the dome, leather harness inside have had a good Google but can't see anything the same? Leather is embossed 7 I assume the size? 1941 and B.H ? embossed on to the leather FC painted on the front

Well you have done it again Thanks very much how did you track that down? Once I googled the brand ( Mine has no label) I did find a mention of people trying to pass them off as military but apparently they are not. Well I really appreciate your help, keep up the good work..

After months of research some one on here correctly identified my Mystery engine in 5 minutes so here goes. Found this whilst clearing a deceased chaps garage, Looks Military to me but no makers marks, very well made real leather and fur very heavy, sadly I am too fat for it just wondered does any one recognise it?
