  1. whilst rebuilding my triumph 3hw i came acrodss a threaded hole 5/8 x 18 unf which should contain a crankcase breather. does anyone know of a supplier as i have a threaded hole and no crankcase breather parts at all, i do have a bolt to fill hole but doubt that would help. any help most appreciated.

  5. recent purchase of a wartime triumph 250 model H2, Maybe civilian. engine stamped 40-2H-26982 frame stamped TL 318Under seat stamp 8-42 its not a 3HW engine but frame is kharki under the black paint. any ideas if it has a commissioning number, thanks andy
  6. the triumph is a 250cc model H2, ENGINE stamped 40 -H2 -26982 FRAME is stamped TL 31889 under seat on frame is stamped T.E.C 8-42 So i am assuming its a civilian model? although frame is khaki under the black. any ideas maybe war frame with earlier engine.

  8. brought a box of bits and a frame which could be wartime civilian build, although frame is dark green under the black paint, i usually ride a 1953 panther so this pre war triumph is much smaller but with a heavy frame.will post in motorcycles info so hopefully can get an idea of its age. andy (in leicester)
