Hi everyone, I am seeking any information about the numerous "Lusitania Ambulances" which appeared in WWI after the Lusitania sinking of 1915 . From what I can gather quite a few were made, using several different vehicle types. I am trying to find out if any survived the war and have managed to survive until today. Cheers all, Nige

Hi everyone from wet and windy Lancashire. My name is Nigel Hampson and I am curator of the Lancashire Titanic Museum, based at Bygone Times Antiques centre in Eccleston, near Chorley. I live in Brierfield near Burnley. I love all things maritime, old, transport, military, antique and would very much like to get my hands dirty with a restoration project, so if anyone (ideally in Lancashire ) is looking for free labour please do give me a shout - I am very happy to lend a hand.
