Hi. am just buying my first MV and it's a Bedford RL with canvas back. What is the situation regarding taking passengers in the back? I am thinking the children's school friends etc on a tour of local lanes. There are just bench seats in the rear. Cheers! MArk

Thanks! This is my first foray into HMV although drove them on an off for ten years in the TA. May be a silly question and I will find out soon enough but will it need an MOT and tax or is it exempt from both? Thanks! MArk
