  1. What size is the threaded end please. I've just bought a replica 'B' set aerial mount and the threaded hole for the aerial is 4mm. Will these screw in. Thanks Steve.
  2. Just to add that I have polished up the welds and fine filled where necessary. Just got to paint in 298.
  3. Thanks for that Ron. Just managed to buy a replacement one from a guy on the Dingo forum. He makes them to order. what's your thought's I think it looks pretty good
  4. Thanks for that Ron, measurements would be most helpful. Is this type of aerial mount the same for all or do they differ in construction. Meaning do some look different in some way or another.
  5. Cheers for that but already joined that group. 👍
  6. Hi buddy I'll take a set of these please.
  7. Have you got any photos of said aerial so I can see what the actual aerial looks like.
  8. Yes mate been in touch with him. £320 each. Expensive thing owning a Dingo. My Dingo was driven in his workshop in the 90's and was started to be stripped but the turns by hand and is complete. Not sure how much of a restoration I'm going to be doing. Going to try and start her fist and if everything is ok I'll most likely give it a once over and get out and enjoy the experience.
  9. Cheers sirhc your a star. Expensive but if its what you need you've got a pay.
  10. Yep posted what I need on a couple of the dingo sites.
  11. Hi Seamus, yep decided to go for it. Its all there just needs putting together. Quite a few spares included. £23k though. But when completed I guess it'll be worth it.
  12. Hi all, Hoping the forum can be of help. I have recently bought a dingo and is almost complete apart from a few odd bits. The main item I am looking for is one of the aerial mounts to the side of the top armour. It is the aerial mount which looks to have a cage around it. Has anyone got one for sale or know of one for sale. Even a close up photo with some measurements could be of help as I may go down the route of trying to make one as its just for show. Thanks in advance Steve.
  13. Are the 7.00 - 18 still available? If so how much would a set of 4 cost. Many thanks Steve.
  14. Hi Hi, did try them last year but were quite expensive compared to Cherrished. That's why I went with Cherrished last year but they are taking the Mikey this year. Less vehicles but more expensive, I don't think so.
  15. Hi all, help needed. Just got my renewal from Cherrished Insurance for 2 jeeps and my Dodge wc at £283.66. Not bad for 3 vehicles but have now sold one of the jeeps so only 2 to Insure. Cherrished have now said the Insurance for the 1 jeep and the Dodge is over £290. Any one help with a decent Insurance company who don't take the P**s. Thanks in advance Steve.
