Runflat
What level of detail are you after? - Is it for a novel? Who are the audience? Are you after pictures of preserved vehicles or wartime pictures? For the AEC try these links for starters: http://www.atwellwilson.org.uk/feature_aec_tanker.htm http://www.rafmuseumphotos.com/pictures_702044/aec-tanker-refuelling-a-short-stirling.html There is also Steve Richards' book "AEC Matador" which covers the O854 six wheelers - several pictures of tankers in there. Robert Coates' book "Bedford to Berlin" covers the QL in detail. And here's a picture of one: http://www.truck-photos.net/picture/number3444.asp Edited January 12, 2011 by Runflat

antarmike
Or look on the Matador Gallery on this Forum? If any O854, 854 pictures I have posted there are of any interest, I can probaly supply higher resolution scans of some of these. (I am not doing the whole lot!!!) Or go to East Kirkby and take your own photos???
